Teff originated in the heart of Arica, where it’s been used for centuries as a nutritious, tasty grain. This brown teff flour is organically produced, and offers all the great health benefits of the grain; containing a wide variety of essential minerals, protein and fibre.
Teff is entirely gluten free, making it a great choice for coeliac sufferers and for those with wheat allergies. Use it for both savoury and sweet cooking; it’s equally as tasty in bread, pastry and pasta as it is in desserts and biscuits!
